Flight Standings
Welcome to the Flight Standings Page! The flight standings page lets members know exactly where they stand compared to the rest of their flight on three key measures: points, adjusted scoring average and rating. Points and overall adjusted scoring average determine members' eligibility for the end of season tournament. AGL Members earn points for head-to-head play against their opponents. The overall adjusted scoring average is a calculation of an AGL member's score versus the difficulty of the course played.
The Atlanta Golf League has a unique rating system to ensure that all members are playing in the proper flight. If your rating is to high, you will be moved up one flight in the next season. If your rating is too low you will be moved to a lower flight in the next season. See the "How it Works" page for more details on points, adjusted scoring average and rating. Play well so everyone can see your name and picture at the top of the leaderboard!
